I know this Pizza Hut has a 3.3 review rating on Google, and thats because of their third party call center in India. The call center staff do not work directly for Pizza Hut nor do they work in our country therefore they really dont care about what a customer orders when calling through them and unfortunately it causes a lot of pizzas to be mistakenly made. This in turn is not directly Pizza Huts fault. That being said, Zach who is the manager of this location, goes the extra mile along with his staff to always make it right when dealing with a wrongly made pizza, due to call center. This will always be the Pizza Hut I go to for great pizza, but also for the great staff. ”

It allows has the opportunity to see the make process of the pizzas. This location always has fresh dough and ingredients making the quality surpass other fast food locations. ”

“ I tried their new tavern pizza. I really liked the spicy chicken. It had slightly unusual ingredients from what i normally have, and I liked it. Id order it again. I also liked the crust. Thin and crunchy while not crackery. We also tried a melt, asking to replace the garlic parmesan sauce with alfredo. It was done perfectly, though the alfredo was to mild on its own, so Id stick with the original sauce. I threw in a request to add crushed red pepper before cooking the pizza, something pizza chains would rarely do. Zack not only did this, he told me that I had great taste He added it right on the sauce before adding the ingredients so that it would meld together as it bakes and create the best flavor . It turns out he does that with his own. After a friendly and enjoyable quick chat, I thanked him for the attention he gave to my order and that he honored my requests. He replied that he really enjoys when he can get creative off menu. Zack, is there perhaps a place as a professional chef in your future? Anyway, pizza from Pizza Hut is pizza. Although the order was done perfectly, it was Zack that made this visit enjoyable. He said that if I wanted crushed pepper like that again, to request he makes it, so hell also remember to train the others on how and to be willing to do that.
